At House of NirYah, we take great care to ensure every piece of jewellery meets our quality standards. As our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, returns or exchanges are accepted only in specific cases, as outlined below.

1. Return & Exchange Request Window – 48 Hours

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, as per courier tracking. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility (Strictly Limited)

Return or exchange is allowed ONLY if the product is:

 - Defective, or

 - Torn / damaged at the time of delivery

No return or exchange requests will be accepted for:

 - Change of mind

 - Style or design preference

 - Size, colour, or expectation mismatch

 - Any reason other than defect or damage

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear, continuous unboxing video is compulsory for all return or exchange requests.

The video must clearly show:

 - The sealed package

 - The unboxing process

 - The defect or damage in the product

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted, including for damaged or torn items.

4. Product Condition Requirements

The jewellery must be:

 - Unused and unworn

 - In original condition

 - Returned with original packaging (jewellery box / pouch)

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Email us at houseofniryah@gmail.com with the subject line:

Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Please include:

 - Full name and contact number

 - Clear unboxing video

 - Photos highlighting the defect or damage

Step 2: Approval Process

Our team will review the request within 24–48 business hours. If approved, we will arrange the pickup details. Customers must ensure all the details required while returning the product.

6. Exchange or Resolution Process

Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, a replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 business days, subject to availability

If a replacement is unavailable, the value of the product will be issued as store credit, redeemable on future purchases.

7. Important Notes

 - All requests are subject to quality inspection approval.

 - House of NirYah reserves the right to accept or reject any request based on policy compliance

 - Store credit or exchange, once issued, is final and non-refundable.
